Celebrate Southern Women of Color at this Fashion Event

Presented by the Women’s Foundation of the South (WFS), CRESCENDEAUX: A Carnival of Culture returns Saturday, November 4! The annual fashion show fundraising gala showcases Southern designers and boutiques, as well as women of color. The Orpheum Theater will host the fun and fashionable evening.

CRESCENDEAUX will begin with a VIP Reception at 6 p.m. with the doors opening for all attendees at 7 p.m. The glamorous fashion show will feature pieces from New Orleans boutique West London Boutique and local designer Dr. Sophia Aomo Omoro of OdAOMO, with designers from Arkansas and Texas also sharing their collections! Special guest models walking in the show include the former Queens and the Reigning Queen of Zulu.

A festive after party will immediately follow the show for those with VIP tickets. General admission and virtual tickets are also available for those who would just like access to the fashion show or want to stream the show from home. Proceeds from the event will benefit the WFS which is dedicated to improving the collective health, wealth, and power of Black, Indigenous, Latinx, and Asian women across the American South.
