Vogue’s annual Forces of Fashion event is always a star-studded, high-octane affair, but never more so than this year, as the 2023 iteration—which took place on Thursday, October 19—was held at the Condé Nast offices in New York, giving lucky fashion fans the rare chance to see the Vogue offices for themselves. (By the way, if anyone finds a neon-green water bottle that I left there sometime in 2019, please let me know.)
The Run-Through With Vogue’s Chioma Nnadi and Chloe Malle were on hand to host Thursday’s proceedings, which included a conversation with Bottega Veneta creative director Matthieu Blazy, as well as a behind-the-scenes look at how an issue of Vogue is made from “concept to cover shoot,” hosted by fashion director Virginia Smith, Vogue Runway director Nicole Phelps, and accessories and collaborations director Willow Lindley.
Emily Ratajkowski, Anok Yai, Vera Wang, Pat McGrath and other celebrities and fashion insiders were all spotted mingling during the day’s mix of conversations and panels, and they weren’t the only ones; below, take a look at all of Hunter Abrams’s photos from Vogue‘s 2023 Forces of Fashion event.
