KSI has insisted he was ‘robbed’ after being beaten by Tommy Fury by a majority decision in their clash in Manchester.
Fury won the bout with the scorecards reading 57-57, 57-56, despite having a point deducted in the contest.
The verdict greeted with anger by KSI, with the YouTuber insisting he had beaten his professional rival.
‘I understand the Fury name. I won it. It’s outrageous,’ KSI told DAZN.
‘Minus a point as well. I landed the cleanest shots. He couldn’t get any jabs off.
‘I was bang on the money. How!? Double jabs on.
‘I don’t know what he did. Fury landed 12 punches the whole fight and he won it?
‘I f***ing hate losing man.’
Statistics from the fight revealed that Fury had thrown 159 punches across the six rounds, compared to KSI’s 124.
Fury connected with 39 of his punches, just one more than his rival.
KSI claimed in the ring that he would look into appealing the decision, describing the decision was ‘outrageous’.
‘I’m the YouTuber, you’re the boxer. You have to win. I understand.
‘The amount of times he hit me in the back of the head. So many times. He was just grabbing me.
‘I’m sorry, it’s outrageous. We’re going to appeal. I want to appeal. I need to see it again. I felt like I won that’.
The 30-year-old YouTuber earned the backing of Chris Eubank Jnr, with the British middleweight boxer claiming he landed the ‘cleanest shots in the contest.
‘I thought KSI landed the cleanest shots. Was moving better, boxing better,’ Eubank Jnr said.
‘The points deduction was huge. Boxing is a strange thing.’
